Cellulite: all of us have it, and we wish we didn’t.

There are some ways we can improve it. Let me tell you how. Keeping very hydrated will help cellulite so you want to increase your water intake as much as possible. In addition to that, some fruits and veggies that are high in water content such as watermelon, grapefruit, cucumbers, tomatoes, foods rich in vitamin c are also very beneficial to cellulite. Any of your citrusy fruits are just great for that. Foods high in Omega 3 such as salmon and mackerel are excellent as well.
At home we can get a lufa pad and do strong circular motions on dry skin this is known to improve circulation and can help somewhat with that cellulite appearance on the skin.
